Ripon Flat Race | Ladies’ Day
It’s the second Ladies Day of the season and Ripon have got a seven race card in addition to the competitions off the track which include a Best Hat and Beset Dressed Lady competition.
The Best Hat competition has been sponsored by Jenny Roberts and the winner will receive a private ‘Millinery Taster Course’ for herself and three friends at Jenny’s studio.
The Best Dressed competition has been sponsored by Grantley Hall and the prize for the winner is an overnight stay in an executive suite with dinner for two at the luxurious five star venue.
The gents are also included and the prize for the best dressed gentleman is hospitality for two at a Harrogate AFC Game in 2024/25, plus tickets to t Ripon’s Great St Wilfrid meeting in August.
Gates open at 11.15am, the first race is at 1.35pm and the last at 5.10pm.
Advance admission is £27 in the Club Enclosure, advance adult Paddock admission is £17.50 and advance Course admission is £7 or £20 for a car with up to four adults.
Packages are available and start from £46 in the Club Enclosure or £39 in the Paddock. In addition there’s the Ladies Day Marquee which offers Club admission, a racecard, reserved car parking and table for the day, three course lunch, afternoon tea, private cash bar facility, betting table service, full race coverage and live music from Frankly Jazz.
