Redcar Flat Race | Ladies’ Day
It’s Ladies Day at Redcar and there’s a whole programme of events around the seven race card.
Gates open at 11am and the first race is at 1.10pm.
On the day admission is £21 in the Grandstand Enclosure and £9 in the Course Enclosure.
Following the second race at 1.40pm, there will be a fashion show in the Winners’ Enclosure from Betty Leigh Boutique and Lynne Young Millinery.
The most stylish racegoer competition takes place after the fourth race at 2.48pm in the Winners’ Enclosure, followed by the Best Hat after the fifth race at 3.20pm.
To enter either of the competitions, have your photograph taken at the Parade Ring cat walk in the Grandstand Enclosure between 11am and 1.30pm. A shortlist of 10 finalists will be chose and displayed at the Parade Ring cat walk from 2.15pm onwards and the finalists are invited into the Winners’ Enclosure for final judging after the fourth race.
