Catterick Racecourse will launch its 2025/26 National Hunt Season on Friday 21 November, marking the start of ten thrilling jump racing fixtures across the winter months. Highlights include festive race days, the ever-popular New Year’s Day meeting, and the prestigious bettingsites.co.uk North Yorkshire Grand National in January.

Catterick’s 2025/26 National Hunt Season gets underway in just two weeks, on Friday 21 November – the first of ten thrilling fixtures to be staged at the course this season.

Following the season opener, the festivities begin at the course with Christmas at Catterick, on Tuesday 16 December – the first of three festive fixtures.

Other highlights include the Sky Bet Christmas Meeting on Sunday 28 December – wear your Christmas Jumper for a chance to win a prize – followed by the ever-popular New Year’s Day Meeting.

Catterick’s longest and most prestigious National Hunt race, the bettingsites.co.uk North Yorkshire Grand National, takes place on Thursday 8 January. The last edition of the race was won by TRACK AND TRACE in 2024, which completed a treble on the day for the Jonjo O’Neill and Richie McLernon partnership.

Finally, we end the season on a high with Countryside Ladies’ Day on Wednesday 4 March.

The popular Restaurant Package is available at all fixtures, while the new Horseshoe Package offers a lighter dining option. The Horseshoe Package includes Grandstand & Paddock admission, racecard and the Dish of the Day from the Horseshoe Café, for just £25 on standard racedays and £27 on feature days.

For anyone looking to enjoy the racing from the Course Enclosure, please be aware that the Course Enclosure will operate as a picnic enclosure, with the bar facility open for shelter only, during the National Hunt Season – except on 28 December and New Year’s Day.

Tickets for all Catterick’s 2025/26 National Hunt fixtures are available to purchase now, from just £8 per adult. Advance booking discounts are available both online and over the phone when tickets are booked at least 48 hours prior to the race day, plus under 18’s race free!

Racegoers booking in advance for fixtures in January and February will also receive a FREE ticket for racing on Monday 22 June! Offer excludes New Year’s Day. One complimentary ticket per order.

For those looking to become a regular attendee at Catterick, the annual pass is a good way to save on the cost of admission throughout the year. The 2025/26 Annual Pass runs from 1 November 2025 until 31 October 2026 and is fully transferable, so can be shared between friends or family members.

Emma Stevenson, General Commercial Manager at Catterick Racecourse, said:
“We’re really looking forward to welcoming racegoers back for another fantastic season of jump racing. From festive family days to the excitement of the North Yorkshire Grand National, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this winter.”
